Packaging:
- Posters are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in corrugated triangular shipping containers or shipping tubes.
- Art prints, depending on size:
- rolled with paper and placed within triangular shipping containers or tubes.
- placed flat between a back board and a protective plastic sheet and shipped within a padded envelope.
- Framed items are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts that lock the frame in position.
- Acrylic items are shipped within specially designed boxes to protect them from damage.

Tracking your order
Both Standard and Express options include tracking. Please, look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package. Orders placed late on Fridays, Holidays or during the weekend, will be processed by our shipper on the next business day.

Return Policy
Art is our passion – and we are proud of every single work in our exclusive portfolio. When you order online with us, we want to be completely sure that you are not only satisfied with your chosen work, but equally as enthusiastic as we are.
Sometimes you fall in love with a piece online but at home it’s different to how you expected, whether it be due to the size, frame or finish. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (domestic) / 60 days (international) of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. We currently offer free returns for all domestic (US) orders.
How to return your product
You may return your product for a full refund of the product cost by following these simple steps:
- Send us an email at sales@mariscottiart.com with "Return request - Order #: (your original order number)" as subject
- Ship your item back to us in its original packaging. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.
